We hope you love your new slippers, but if we fall short in any way we’ll make it right — whether that’s exchanging for a different size or style, or refunding your purchase.


We’re happy to return or exchange unworn products in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
