We hope you love your new slippers, but if we fall short in any way we’ll make it right — whether that’s exchanging for a different size or style, or refunding your purchase.

Returns

We’re happy to return or exchange unworn products in their original packaging, with a receipt or order number, and within 30 days of purchase. A flat rate $5 shipping fee applies to help offset our losses due to the extra shipping and packaging costs we incur on returns and exchanges.

If you purchased your slippers in a retail location, please contact the store directly.
